Healthy skin
It is important for every woman to know what her skin looks
like and how it feels. Skin research experts have clarified after research that
there are four possible types of human skin: normal or clean skin, dry skin,
oily skin and mixed skin.
Normal or clean skin
This type of skin is neither too oily nor too dry. Its
texture is soft velvety. The color of the skin shines like a transparent sheet.
Because it is beautiful, it requires a lot of care to maintain its beauty.
People with normal skin, unlike other skin types, show signs
of aging and wrinkles very quickly, but if they do care of their skin, this
stage is far away. Daily cleansing, toning and nourishing (cleansing, external
growth and nutrition) is the proper care of normal skin.
Oily skin
Oily skin is a type in which the sebaceous glands are more
active than necessary. Excessive production of essential oils irritates the
entire skin all the time and oil on the skin is clearly visible and felt. In
this type of skin the pores are wide and its surface looks bad. Such skin is
prone to blackheads and pimples.
For oily skin, cleansing is especially important so that the
pores do not become clogged with grease. Fat secretion increases during puberty
and decreases with age, but hormonal imbalances in other periods of life, such
as pregnancy and menopause, also affect fat production and balance. It increases
the activity of sebaceous glands.
Dry skin
The number of people with dry skin in our country as a whole
is very high. Since dry skin does not contain high amounts of fat and moisture,
its texture is very transparent, delicate and visible in parts. Tiny lines can
also be seen on this skin. Often it explodes very quickly and its layers begin
to peel off.
There are many factors that affect dry skin and make it more
dry, such as washing it with ordinary soap and water also affects the natural
oils that protect the skin. Such skin is much more damaged by sun, air
conditioners and heaters than other skin types.
When caring for dry skin, use products that provide moisture
and suppleness. Skin moisturizing products provide lubrication, so lubricating
the skin can prevent the loss of internal moisture. The moisturizer increases
the water content in the outer layer of the skin, making it soft and
moisturizing.
Mixed skin
In this type of skin some part is lubricated while the rest
remains dry or normal. The skin on the forehead, nose, and chin, called the
T-ZONE, may be oily and the rest of the body may be dry.
Mixed skin is very common and is usually mistreated. In
fact, different skin types need different treatments, but we need moisturizing
for dry and cleansing for oily parts.
Remember that oil does not moisturize. Therefore, special
attention should be paid to the cleansing of oily skin and you must use a skin
tonic to tone up the skin. Like oily skin, there is a risk of freckles and pimples
due to the limited lubrication of the skin. The pores become wider and
blackheads form.
In addition to these four major types of skin, there are
other types of skin that are enlarged, such as extremely dry skin, sensitive
skin, freckled skin, and aging skin.
Sensitive skin
Sensitive skin reacts immediately to external and internal
changes and sometimes develops a reddish or reddish color or a rash.
The skin of old age is affected by time. It is the result of
days gone by with wrinkles and half diagonal lines. The skin around the neck
becomes loose.
Moist skin
Moist skin has a lot of moisture and it looks swollen and
itchy. This condition is caused by poor blood circulation. This condition
indicates that the wastes and waste material has accumulated in the skin. This is
obviously the case with older people.
