Take Care of Your Eyes

 Eye Exercises:

Some exercises are designed by experts to soothe the eyes. One of them is "palming" or "cupping". In it you press your palms gently with your eyes closed. This is called palming while in cupping you cover your eyes with bags and look in the darkness created by the palms. Both of these exercises relax the eyes and relieve muscle tension. Close your eyes occasionally for a few seconds while reading very closely. This process protects them from stress. Rapid blinking also helps the eyes. When we blink, the eyes bathe and clear with their natural water. Relaxation is the best help for tired eyes.

In the following lines, some exercises are given which you can do to reduce muscle tension. This helps maintain eye health.

1. First look at something that is lying in front of you, then take your eyes off something that is lying in the distance - this can be done by staring at a window so that the eyes can see a distant scene. Stay!

2. Stand in one place and roll your eyes. Do not shake your head while doing this. Rotate the eyes in a complete circle, first clockwise then anti-clockwise.

3. Move the eyes with a stretched head. Look at the ceiling first and then at the floor. Repeat this process ten times. Now first look to the far right and then to the far left. When doing these exercises, remember not to squint while moving your eyes. Match hard and then open completely to calm the eyes during the exercises. This process is very relaxing whenever the eyes are tired.

Finally take a deep breath. We are living such a stressful life nowadays that our muscles need rest. Our eyes are also affected by a lack of oxygen, so taking deep breaths restores their oxygen supply. The way we live is putting a lot of pressure on our eyes. So we should consciously try to help them calm down.

It doesn't matter what their appearance is, because only healthy, bright and shiny eyes are beautiful.

 Mascara:

Using mascara is the last resort in eye makeup. With its intelligent use, the eyelids become attractive and dreamy and a pleasant and beautiful crown emerges on the whole face. It not only enhances the messaging power of the eyes but also makes the face look younger and fresher.

In Spanish, mascara means to wear a mask or to change one's shape. However, its use in the world of cosmetics is not to change the shape of the eyes, but to further highlight its qualities.

With the advent of better formulations, it has become easier to choose a mascara that suits your needs. Protein-based mascara is perfect for lashes. Fiber-based mascara increases eyelash length. Some mascaras are designed in such a way that they absorb moisture and dry out instantly, while others create a dramatic impression by brightening other lashes. Waterproof mascaras are also available in the market which are not spoiled by air humidity and do not flow with sweat so if you cry or sleep, swim or get wet in the rain, the mascara does not spoil. Also, they are safe for those who use contact lenses and for those who wear glasses! Because they do not shed and do not cause inflammation in the eyes and maintain makeup all day.

Demand for this specialty has grown significantly as a result of recent corporate scandals. Rub the wet brush hair on the mascara and rub it on the eyelids with firm hands. Try not to blink until the mascara is wet, otherwise it will stick to other parts of the eye. Eye up remover will be much better to remove the spots on the skin. To protect the skin from blemishes, wrap a piece of tissue paper under the lower lashes so that the extra mascara will cover the paper.

Rand and tube type mascaras are better controlled than cake and brush varieties. It can be applied in a very smooth way in a short time. Natural or dark brown mascaras look very natural. To apply a mascara on the upper lashes, move the brush from top to bottom, i.e. starting from the root and bring the brush to the edges of the lashes, then bring the brush from the root to the edges on their lower surface. One coat will suffice for the day but two or three coats will be necessary to look clearer at night, however do not use too much mascara.

Stop the falling mascara on the edges of the tube. On the lower lashes, just brush from the roots to the edges on the upper surface. The first coat enhances the body while the second coat enhances the color. To prevent the mascara from sticking to the lashes, move the brush diagonally and use the lashes comb to prevent the lashes from sticking together.

Apply a little powder on the eyelids with the help of a brush before applying the mascara to create a complete impression. If you use glasses, the mascara will feel a little heavier, especially if you have long eyelids. With the movement of the eyes, this mascara will blur your spectacles.

Avoid fibrous mascara and opt for fibrous ones. Apply a mascara on the lower lashes from the tip of the vendor and keep moving the vendor slowly from right to left to protect the lashes from sticking. To further highlight the beauty of the eyes, apply a mascara pencil on the inner tip of the eyelids. Most Pakistani women use mascara to shade their eyes. It should be of good quality and should be applied with great care as it touches the corners of the eyes while the mascara is limited to the eyelids only. Thoroughly clean eye makeup while sleeping at night. Apply a little baby oil or make-up removal lotion on the lashes to soften and loosen the mascara then wipe them off and rinse with cold water.

Apply a little petroleum gel or a few drops of castor oil to strengthen the roots of the lashes and help them grow.

Artificial eyelids:

Artificial eyelids are no longer popular among women other than film and stage artists because the mascara has the best performance in a very short time. Extra lashes give the impression more than necessary and require more time and patience to fit, plus they should fit very close to the natural lashes as even the slightest carelessness makes them look clear in bright light.

Two coats of mascara are enough to make the eyelids choke. To do this, bend the lashes backwards with the help of the eye lashes comb and keep it in this position till the smile is dry. However, you can also use curlers if you want, but make sure that you use it properly. However, if the eyelids become wavy but do not hurt them by sticking to each other.

Start with the roots like the upper lashes, press the lashes for a minute then move the curler down to the center and hold it in place for one minute, finally take it to the tip and there for half a minute. Hold down.

This way the eyelids will bend, but keep in mind that the curler has the property of drying, so do not use it too much and especially after applying eye make-up, never use it, otherwise the mascara will become a problem.

To create a sense of distance between the eyes that are very close to each other, apply most of the mascara on the eyelids which are close to the outer ends of the eyes and do not apply or a very little on the inner eyelids.

If your eyes are at a distance from each other, apply a large amount of mascara on the eyelids near the nose. In this way, they will begin to look closer to each other. For small eyes, apply a minimal amount of mascara, this way your eyes will look more open and a little bigger, but if you want, apply an extra coat on the lower lashes and apply a smoky shadow on the crease of the eyelids. Always keep eyelids clean and protect eyes from dust and pollution.

However, a condition occurs when body fluids accumulate around your eyes while you are lying down, and when you get up, these fluids move downwards and your condition returns to normal.

Try to eat less salt because too much salt helps to store water inside the body which later accumulates around the eyes. Sleep on your back. Put a high pillow under your head. In the morning, wash your face thoroughly with cold water while washing your face.
