Eyes reflect the state of internal health to such an extent that ophthalmologists sometimes detect the presence of many diseases by looking at the condition of the eyes. Then latter, it is confirmed by expensive clinical tests. This way the eyes can warn you ahead of time about any internal disease. Any problem related to vision, no matter how minor, should be brought to the notice of the doctor immediately. Similarly, other conditions such as redness, runny nose, flickering of light, presence of dark spots, intolerance of flow or pain, etc., require professional advice and medical examination.
Healthy eyes are clear and transparent. The white part of
the eye is really white and the pupils are bright shiny while the eyelids and
surrounding skin are smooth. Excessive smoking, even prolonged exposure to
smoky environments, affects the whites of the eyes and makes them yellowish and
dull. Illness or malnutrition can cause glare. Fatigue and insomnia make the
eyes tired and heavy. Signs of aging will appear on the face.
Sleep :
Sleep is very important for the beauty of the eyes. In the
absence of proper sleep, the eyes become swollen, red and dark circles appear
around them. It is advisable to get at least seven hours of sleep a night.
Whenever you lose sleep, try to get it back as soon as
possible. Whenever time allows you to calm yourself, down your eyes closed for
a few minutes.
Food Intake :
Daily food intake is also very important. Adequate amounts
of vitamin A and E are required for healthy bright eyes. These vitamin are
found in liver, egg yolks, fish, butter, milk and leafy green salads. For
example, carrots are especially rich in vitamin A. Your daily diet should
include fresh fruits and vegetables so that you can get other nutrients as
well. Drink plenty of water or other fluids daily. Drink at least six to eight
glasses of water and fruit caramel daily.
Drinking water is very important if you have swollen eyes. When
it comes to skin care around the eyes, be sure to choose products that are
designed for this purpose only, as Mac can sometimes cause an allergic
reaction. If itching or redness occurs, remove all makeup and consult your
doctor.
Skin Care :
The skin around the eyes requires great care and gentle
treatment. Apply the cream very gently and do not massage here. Massage at this
point should be done in a professional manner. This should never be done with
clumsy hands. Pulling or stretching the skin in this area can damage soft and delicate
tissues.
If you need to apply cream or make-up, do it gently. Choose
cleansers and rejuvenating products that are perfect for the skin, such as a
light moisturizing cleanser and an almond cream. Never use heavy creams. Do not
leave any cream or cosmetics on the area for long. Leave this place whenever
you apply face mask. Only use eye protection products.
Your daily care routine should include cleansing with the
use of a moisturizing cleansing gel with water. Remove all makeup very gently
from it.
Soap and water are not suitable for removing makeup layers
as it makes the skin very dry. Severe dryness or pore shrinking lotions are
prohibited for this area. After cleansing, apply an almond cream under eye and
take it off after ten minutes. Use cotton wool again to remove. Almonds not
only nourish the skin, but also lightly bleach and maintain skin tone. Regular
care is essential to keep skin soft, moist and young. Cactus, Gheekwar (Kwargundal)
cleansers and almond in eye creams give new life and new freshness to the skin
around the eyes.
Eye Pads :
Tired eyes can be relieved with Eye Pads. These pads contain
the essence of the most relevant herbal ingredients, such as rose water tonic,
which can be used for this purpose. Put this tonic in a small bowl and keep it
in the fridge. Dip cotton pads in this cold solution and use like eye pads. Lie
down and keep these pads on your eyes and lie still for at least ten minutes.
Cucumber juice or the cucumber pieces are also beneficial to keep the eyes in
good condition. Potato water (this water can be obtained by squeezing potatoes)
is very useful for puffy eyes. It also has the effect of slightly shrinking the
skin.
These treatments relieve eye strain and fatigue and make them fresh and beautiful which makes them glow.
Protect your eyes from being exposed to too much sun. Sunlight
can damage the eyes. It is best to wear sunglasses when moving out of the house
in summer, however the glasses should be of good quality which can protect your
eyes from the sun.
